Dog Grooming includes;

• Pre-groom bush out.
• Wash with specialist shampoos and conditioners.
• Hand dried (we do not use drying cabinets)
• Groom coat to customer’s requirements (scissor and clip)
• Ear cleaning and plucking (when required).
• Eye cleaning (when required).
• Nail clipping (when required).
• Anal glands (when required).

Prices depend on dog size and individual elements and will be confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive.

Note - We do not provide teeth cleaning services.

We apologise to prospective clients but we are no longer able to provide this service.

We would be pleased to discuss alternative grooming methods.

• Total removal of matts.
• Nail clipping.
• Ear cleaning.
• Bathing (if absolutely necessary)

Cat grooming appointments can only be arranged for Thursday-Friday from 2.30pm-3.30pm. Cat grooming prices range from £65 to £75.

Note that we only bathe cats when essential, for example to clean heavily soiled fur .

Bathing is generally very distressing for a cat and we find that grooming will solve the majority of issues with the cat's coat. 

We offer a nail clipping service only, during normal opening hours, without an appointment, for £10 per cat.  Please call Reception to confirm staff availability.

If you are unable to keep your appointment you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment to avoid this fee.

We may require a deposit before accepting a new booking if the client has failed to attend previously.
